Our Story

Business Appraisals began as an offshoot of Business Search, a successful business brokerage firm. In helping clients buy and sell companies, Business Search quickly discovered a problem: existing appraisal methods produced wildly inconsistent results that sometimes varied by 500% or more.

Due to its deep knowledge and insight into real-world transactions, Business Search was uniquely positioned to be able to develop accurate valuation methods that represent the true market value of a business. Business Search relied on this approach to close successful transactions for years.

Business Appraisals was founded to make the same proven appraisal methods available to individuals and companies. Today, we have 35 years of experience and are the go-to choice for clear, accurate, and affordable valuations.
