Business Appraisals agrees to hold all information provided to complete an appraisal including knowledge of the appraisal of the business, in trust and confidence and agrees that it shall be used only for valuing the business. The information shall not be disclosed to any third party unless directed to by the appraisal client or a legal court order. It should be understood that Business Appraisals shall have no obligation to hold confidential with respect to any information it knows or is generally known within the industry prior to the date of the appraisal.
