What we need from you for your business appraisal!
Items needed for an appraisal:
- Financial Statements….last 3 years and most current period
- Tax Returns. “Last Two Years”
- Current Depreciation Schedule
- Other items as may be determined by the character of the business
- Completion of the Information Form found on the Downloads link of our home page
Items that can be helpful:
- Photos of facility & equipment
- Copies of any recent equipment or real estate appraisals
- A list of any issues that may affect the value of the business such as legal, financial or ownership problems
- Company brochures or website address
- Copy of current lease
